"This place is simply incredible. We had the most relaxing, romantic and peaceful stay. The complex is beautiful, and incredibly well appointed. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us to make sure our stay was perfect. Both the breakfast and the cheese board we ordered one evening were also brilliant. The grounds are stunning, as are the views from the apartment across the vineyards to Saint-Emilion. We will certainly be coming back to stay again."

"Absolutely outstanding place to go as a couple. I came with my wife and 2 children and everything was perfect. The vineyard cottage where we stayed was so peaceful and we enjoyed a picnic overlooking the vineyard and the old town of Saint Emilion. We went on a tour of the grounds where. My children got to ride in a mini land rover which they loved and then got to feed the chickens and forage for chicken eggs. We enjoyed the history and knowledge of our guide and enjoyed our wine tasting. We will definitely be back."

"That was amazing stay. We already dream about coming back one day. The room is big and very comfortable. But the best part of it is the view to vineyard and St Emilion. It’s also possible to use huge beautiful common area on the ground floor. We literally felt like home. Breakfast is not big, but very tasty."

"We fell in love with Troplong Mondot! We've been warmly welcomed as in a private home; our accomodation was very comfortable with a nice view over the garden. Location was perfect as very close from the village of St Emilion. The gastronomy at their michelin restaurant was such a great experience! We had a lovely table facing the wineyard. And of course, no need to talk about their incredible wine Troplong Mondot!"

"What's not to love about this stunning property!! First, the room was beautiful. Comfortable beds with beautiful linens. We also had access to the pool during our stay, which was an added bonus. Sophie is the jewel of Chateau Troplong. She made us feel like we were the only guests on the property. She gave us a lovely tour and the opportunity to have a tasting of the best wine in St. Emilion. In the morning, she presented us with a delicious breakfast as our send-off to our next stop. If I could give more than a 10 rating, I would!"
